By accessing and using SkyCyriss services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
SkyCyriss provides comprehensive IT services including but not limited to cloud transformation, AI & data analytics, digital applications development, IT consulting, and digital transformation solutions. All services are provided subject to these terms and conditions.
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, methodologies, and proprietary technologies, remain the exclusive property of SkyCyriss. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables as specified in individual service agreements.
SkyCyriss maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect confidential information and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit client consent, except as required by law.
Specific service level agreements, including uptime guarantees, response times, and performance metrics, are defined in individual service contracts. SkyCyriss strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for critical services and provides 24/7 support for enterprise clients.
SkyCyriss's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date. SkyCyriss will provide reasonable assistance in data migration and service transition.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyCyriss operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
SkyCyriss reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
